What’s new
Customers can leave the rest of a course or camp
A course or camp booking no longer has to be cancelled in full. Customers and staff can leave the sessions still to come, and the freed places go back on sale straight away. Learn more
Linked accounts can be separated online
Group owners can remove a dependant, and admins can remove themselves from a group, in My account. Everyone affected is told by email, and no visit to reception is needed. Learn more
Colour-code the resource timeline
In Activities V2, staff with the right permission can set colours by activity type and template, so the timeline is easier to scan at a glance. Learn more
Accessibility improvements online
My account, the bookings timetable and online joining now work better for customers using a screen reader, a keyboard or a high zoom level. Learn more
